Lauriann is NQ4 gesertifiseer en is verder as ‘n uitstekende, toegewyde en uiters suksesvolle eiendomsbemarker, betrokke in die volgende areas: Ashley Gardens, Colbyn, Hazelwood, Lynnwood, Menlo Park en Rietondale. Beide Lauriann se verhuur – en verkoopsrekords is uitmuntend waar sy haar toespits om eiendomme teen die regte en markverwante prys in die kortste moontlikste tyd te verkoop en te sorg dat beide die Koper en die Verkoper, die transaksie in ‘n gelukkige wen-wen gesindheid afsluit. Lauriann het haarself binne ‘n kort tydsbestek as ‘n toonaangewende en uiters suksesvolle agent binne die bogenoemde woonareas gevestig.
As Manager of Heiberg Estates Rental Division, she dedicate her services to local- as well as corporate and international (especially diplomatic clients) with the utmost professionalism and is widely recognised as a leading marketer, matching the right tenant with the right property at the right price. Lauriann has established absolute trust and credibility over the past decade amongst diplomats within the EU countries as well as other diplomatic and corporate institutions, attending to Pretoria’s diplomatic rental clients on a regular and ongoing basis. Her bi-weekly Heiberg Estates Rental Newsletter, is sent to more than 120 diplomatic and corporate institutions. Her extensive knowledge of diplomatic rules, regulations and protocol, stands her in good stead and she has concluded far more than a hundred diplomatic rental contracts successfully on behalf of Heiberg Estates.

Lauriann has a fun loving, caring, and outgoing personality and is the proud mother of two very talented children, both attending university.
